scourgesisterLooks like Vriska's got BRAIN PROBLEMS. And some mind powers too, I guess. Let's just talk about the powers for now.
Mind Reading: Exactly what it says on the tin. Vriska’s got the ability to read minds, including the target’s hopes, motivations, and desires as well as their surface thoughts. People with psychic awareness can feel her searching through their thoughts, and those with especially strong powers can force her out.
Manipulation: Vriska can issue commands directly into another’s mind and force them to do as she wants -- this can include anything from making your character fall asleep to getting them to jump off a cliff. If your character has any powers of their own, she can get them to use those as well. This one really depends on how impressionable the character in question is; Vriska can't exercise control over particularly strong psychics, or on strong-willed people in general.
Luck-Stealing: Basically, Vriska zaps her target with a white beam of light from her compound eye and temporarily saps their luck. It's only been used once in canon, where an unfortunately timed ground-crumbling sends a monster falling into the abyss. Since that's a pretty limited example, it's safe to say that the effects on your character will vary! I mean, there are only so many bottomless caverns. Think of it in terms of Murphy’s Law: if something can go wrong in the given situation, it probably will. But don't worry, your character's good luck will be safe with Vriska.
Even if you give her the go-ahead, I'll be sure to contact you beforehand if any of these come into play. So yeah, fill out the form below and let's go nuts!

Any notable psychic powers they have: John is a magician and a magnificent liar
Can Vriska read your character's mind?: Yes.
How much will she be able to read? Surface thoughts, probably some other stuff though he's got training in keeping people out of place he really doesn't want them. Also some imagery. He's got some heavy history, so there are certain images that sort of crop up sometimes. A little girl's dismembered arm, a falling angel, a gun he shot someone with, Hell, the Devil, flipping off the Devil, a demonic version of himself...you know. Just things. ^_^
Can Vriska control your character?: John can be mind controlled, though he tends to catch on to it after a bit if it's anything other than a subtle sort of thing (redirecting his attention, indulging a whim, stuff he might be tempted to do anyway--which admittedly is quite a lot of stuff). But I am not about to blow off an opportunity for a good plot, so if it ever comes up, feel free to contact me!
Can Vriska steal your character's luck? Playing with luck is one of John's magical specialities. That said, it's a bitch. He almost seems to steal it from the world around him--when events swing John's way, it tends to bode poorly for people around him; but then sometimes, the scales settle on him. So, while Vriska couldn't simply drain his luck away, I bet something catastrophically fun would happen if she tried. >)
Is there anything else I should know?: John's a vindictive bastard. Payback is likely.

Can Vriska read your character's mind?: Yes.
How much will she be able to read? Tough one. Some surface thoughts, but Bats has dealt with psychics before, and while he has no superhuman power himself, he has a lot of training in shielding his thoughts. Probably more limited here than your average Joe, especially if he has reason to suspect.
Can Vriska control your character?: It would be very tough ICly, and while I like torturing my characters, this would have to be taken case-by-case.
Can Vriska steal your character's luck? Yes. He doesn't seem to have a lot of it.

How much will she be able to read? Way too much. For a genius supervillain, he both wears his heart on his sleeve and overthinks things. He spends too much time dwelling on his dead could-have-been-girlfriend, and vaguely plotting Bad Things.

If yes, how far would you like her to go? Pretty open here. Talk to me about it.
Can Vriska steal your character's luck? WHAT luck? Poor Billy's life has been definied by his terrible luck.

Any notable psychic powers they have: He is a reality warper. As such, he can occasionally read people's minds, implant false thoughts in people's minds, create illusions, etc. Go go vague god powers.
Can Vriska read your character's mind?: Yes!
How much will she be able to read? Not that much. I have a feeling that Loki would realize she's there and go WAIT A SEC. Surface thoughts are a definite yes but his deep seated daddy issues are a definite maybe.
Can Vriska control your character?: She can try, doesn't mean she'll succeed.
If yes, how far would you like her to go? Not that far-lol god.
Can Vriska steal your character's luck? SURE WHY NOT.

Can Vriska read your character's mind?: Kind of.
How much will she be able to read? Canonicly, Turlough's mind is kind of murky and hard to read. Whether that's because he's an alien, he worked for the Ultimate Evil or he's ~mysterious~ we don't know. She can read surface thoughts and can pick up on pretty strong emotions, but if Turlough wants something to be a secret, it'll be a secret.
Can Vriska control your character?: Of course! You can't have Davison-era Doctor Who without good ol' mind control.
If yes, how far would you like her to go? Pretty open here, we'll discuss on a case by case basis.
Can Vriska steal your character's luck? Sure, why not.
And two for one because I'm lazy.
Character's Name: Leonard Hofstadter & Jean-Paul Beaubier

Can Vriska read your character's mind?: Open book!
How much will she be able to read? JP and Leonard are both open books when it comes to mind reading. Surface thoughts, deep desires, the works.
Can Vriska control your character?: Yes.
If yes, how far would you like her to go? No killing or causing bodily harm for Leonard because lol sitcom.
Can Vriska steal your character's luck? Sure! Fair warning though, JP has SHIT luck. That said, I would love her to steal what little luck he has to make his life even more miserable.

How much will she be able to read? I would ask me first if you're interested, because I really don't like having Tim's identity known. It's also not like he thinks about "HEY I'M A SUPERHERO" or anything.

If yes, how far would you like her to go? Again, this is one of those "ask me first" things. Like if there's something specific for Tim you'd want to do, run it by me, I'll probably approve.

Can Vriska read your character's mind?: Yes
How much will she be able to read? Whatever she likes. But Bucky's mind is probably a trainwreck because he DOES suffer from amnesia.

If yes, how far would you like her to go? I'm probably fine with whatever.
Can Vriska steal your character's luck? Yeah, why not.
